Black Grape Sherbet Recipe


 How to make Black Grape Sherbet

Ingredients

  • Black grape juice 4 cups

  • Cumin seeds 3/4 teaspoon

  • Carom seeds (ajwain) 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 teaspoon

  • Black salt (kala namak) 3 teaspoons

  • Tamarind pulp 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Crushed ice as required

  • Black grapes for garnish

  • Green grapes for garnish

  • Method

     Step 1

  • Dry roast cumin seeds, carom seeds and fennel seeds and grind with black salt to a fine powder.

    Step 2

    Pour the grape juice into a jug;, add the ground spices and tamarind pulp. Mix well.

    Step 3

    Add crushed ice and mix well. Pour into Old-Fashioned glasses and garnish with grapes.
