Clear Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients
·
Chicken bones 200 grams
·
Tomato,quartered 1 small
·
Cloves 2
·
Cinnamon 1/2 inch stick
·
Black peppercorns 3-4
·
Salt to taste
·
Lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon
·
White bread slices 4-5 slices
Method
Step 1
Clean and wash chicken bones. Take the bones, tomato,
cloves, cinnamon black peppercorns and salt with one litre of water in a
pressure cooker and cook till six whistles.
Step 2
Strain the stock into a thick-bottomed pan and discard the
bones. Adjust salt and simmer for five to six minutes. Stir in lemon juice, mix
well and remove off heat.
Step 3
Soak slices of bread in the soup till soft and mushy and
serve at room temperature.
