Step 1
Grind the coriander leaves, garlic, red chilli flakes, salt and lemon juice into a fine paste with two tablespoons water. Transfer into a bowl.
Step 2
Add the fish pieces and marinate for ten to fifteen minutes.
Step 3
Place four aluminium sheets on a worktop and put equal quantity of the marinated fish in them. Bring the edges together and seal to make envelopes.
Step 4
Heat a non-stick tawa, place the envelopes on it and cook on medium heat for two to three minutes. Turn over and cook for two to three more minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot in the envelopes itself.
